Hi Patrick,

Thanks for your question about your site files. The first file the server loads by default is an index file (server looks for index.htm, then index.html, and finally index.php). I created an .htaccess file for you in the weather subdirectory and added the following code to override this default behavior and set wxindex.php as the directory index:

DirectoryIndex wxindex.php

When you navigate to iszatso.net/weather in your browser, you should now see your home page. For more information, please see our article about the document root directory and directory index.

I used this method instead of renaming the wxindex.php file to index.php because other files in your site referenced the wxindex.php file in links. Because of that, if we renamed the wxindex.php file, all files that linked to it would have to be updated.

Please let us know if you have any additional questions or need further assistance.

Regards,

Christi N.
