Hello tinoman, Thank you for your question. I noticed that the directory in the error is /tmp/wordpress-3.tmp, which is a temporary folder location. This location (/tmp) is on the server, but not on your account. I recommend updating the temporary folder location in Wordpress, by editing the wpconfig.php file and adding the following code: define( 'WP_TEMP_DIR', ABSPATH . 'wp-content/tmp/') ; This tells wordpress to use a folder within its existing directories, and should also inherit the permissions of a parent folder. If you have any further questions, feel free to post them below. Thank you, -John-Paul
