How do I register a new domain name?
You can easily register a new domain name for your account in your Account Management Panel (or AMP).
Please note, currently we can only register domains that end in .com, .net, .biz, .info, .org, and .us. If your domain is any other top level domain, you can still host it with us by registering your domain with another registrar and pointing the domain to our Nameservers.
How do I register a new domain name?
- Login to AMP.
- At the top, hover over Domains and click on Register New Domain. A new screen will appear asking you for the following information:
Field Description Enter a Domain Name Here you will put the domain you want to register. Once you type in a domain, click on "Check availability" to see if the domain's available. You will need to register a different domain if the one you chose isn't available. Domain Registration Choose the number of years you want to register the domain. Add Domain Privacy For each new domain you register you can also purchase Domain Privacy. Please read this article for more information on Domain Privacy. Billing Information If you want to use your billing information already on file, select it from the drop down. To pay using a different method, select Add New and enter the new billing details. Payment Method Here you can choose to use the credit card already in the system or a new card. Terms of Service You must agree to the Terms of Service to register a new domain. A link is provided with the Terms of Service. Once you have put in all your information, click the Submit button. You have now registered your new domain!
How long will my domain be registered for?
When you register a domain name, you will own the domain name for one full year (unless you chose a longer subscription length in the steps above). After that time, the domain name will expire and will no longer work. To keep your domain name active, you will need to register the domain name again (or renew the domain).
How can I renew my domain name?
Nothing can be more frustrating than forgetting to renew your domain name after the registration year is up. If a domain name expires, someone else may register it, and you may lose it forever. Because of this, all domain names registered with Web Hosting Hub are set to renew automatically. When your domain name is close to expiration, we will automatically renew the domain name, and you will be billed (and emailed a receipt). This will prevent you from losing your domain name due to expiration.
What do I do after my new domain name is registered?
After you register your new domain name, you will want to Add the domain to your cPanel. New domain name registrations can take up to 24 hours to propagate, or become fully active.

Sorry for the confusion. It appears that you have only registered a domain name, but you do not have a hosting service subscription. You would need to have a hosting service for a website to be hosted. You can see our hosting plans by going to Web Hosting Hub hosting plans. I did look at your account records and billing when I was checking your account. Please speak with a sales representative and they would happy to help set up the account for you. You can register more domains with us and use them within your current hosting plan. You do not need to purchase a new hosting plan to use more domains.

Yes, adding the domain as an Addon will allow you to host it as a separate website. Make sure the new domain is pointing to our nameservers.
