Hi everyone, this is BradM, and I'm one of the Customer Community team members. When we initially launched our new Support earlier this year, it included a login with AMP and login with Twitter feature. If you didn't want to login to the Support using one of your social media accounts, you had the option to simply login with your AMP account. We had to temporarily takes these two options down so we could perform some maintenance on them.
We have received some negative feedback concerning this, which is understandable. I just wanted to let everyone know we are sorry and working to correct the problem. If you don't feel comfortable logging in with your Facebook or Google+ account, you can still get support through live chat, phone, or email. Our KnowledgeBase and Learning Center are still available, you do not need to login to read our tutorials.
