Hello, I was able to locate your domain name for your account. It seems when our system contacted our registrar partner, it did not fully renew the domain as it should have. I have had the registrar send a 'registry key' to your primary email account for your domain. If you would please respond to your last support email with that key, along with proper account verification of either he current AMP password or the last 4 digits of the credit card on file, then they will be able to have the registrar re-activate the account for you. If for some reason the automated email did not get to you, please contact Live Support directly and we will need to reach out to the registrar directly to get the key.
