Hello md3sum, I would like to make sure that my domain that I received for 1 year from WebHostingHub is *not* renewed when the 1 year is up. - To do that, simply contact our support team with this type of request. They can set your domain to expire at the end of its current subscription. I want to make sure that the account does not auto-renew. How do I ensure that too? - As our Terms of service states that all accounts are set to auto renew, there is no way to manually set this on your end. You will want to contact our support team for a cancellation procedure to have this done. You can still use the current subscription time, but have them set it to expire when it runs our instead of auto renewing. Alternatively, you can set up a payment reminder within your Account Management Panel up to 60 days in advance. Then you can decide whether you wish to set the account to expire. The procedure then would be the same if you do. I hope this answers your question. If you have any more questions or information specific to the issue please leave a comment below so we can further assist you. Best Regards, Scott M |
