Hello,

Sorry for the problem you're having. After reviewing the account, I found that your resource usage for your website is high. If you want to learn more about your website usage, please go to the Resource Usage tool. This tool will allow you to see an indicator of your overall usage (resources, bandwidth, etc.).

If you require further assistance with this issue, then you will need to speak with the live technical support team (contact info is located at the bottom of the page). The problem can be that your website requires optimization. Or your site might be getting hit by robots. You can use a robots.txt file to block robots from hitting your site excessively.

It might also be your website structure. If you have a lot of live elements that are continually pulling graphics, websites, or audio/video from another location, then your resource usage may be affected.

In any of these cases, your website may need to be reviewed in order to reduce the amount resources it is consuming. Reviews can be done through our technical support team, or you may want to consult with your developer if you used someone's services.

I hope this helps to clarify the matter. Please review your resource usage and you will see why the warning has been sent.

Regards,
Arnel C.
