Hello Kate24, I'm sorry that you are having problem with your emails. I tried to find an account based on your support center login, but unfortunately I am unable to get any specifics. If you are referring to an account with us, then I can give you an answer to your question. If your website(or email) is hosted elsewhere, then I cannot help you and you will need to contact that host in order to determine how you can reach your email. If you purchased a hosting with Web Hosting Hub, the website hosting includes email service. Technically, you can have an email account without a website, but the hosting account cannot be expired. Once the account expires, you would not be able to access your emails unless you were to renew the site. Additionally, the domain name (user@domain_name.com) cannot be expired. If you did purchase an account through us and you want us to review your account, we can do so and then privately email you our findings, but you need to give us the website name (domain name). Otherwise, if you wish to keep the issue private please contact our live technical support team available 24/7 - their contact information is at the bottom of the page.
