Hello jfslocum, I did see one of your domains under the inactive subscriptions section. That is a mistake as that domain is still active under our registrar account. I have had the Tier 2 team move that back to active subscriptions along with the other domain. Both domains will now simply auto-renew as they should. I hope this answers your question.
