I'm trying to renew the hosting for my site for 2 years. When I try to submit my billing info I enter my existing domain name and select 'enter an existing domain'. I get an error message telling me the domain already exists and to contact customer service with the help button at the top of the screen.

???

Hello dbabbs,

I'm sorry you're having trouble renewing your hosting. To renew your hosting please log into AMP and follow the steps below.

  1. Under "Account & Billing," click on Details

  2. Next, under "Active Subscriptions" hover on Make Changes by the account you want to set a reminder

  3. In the window that appears, click on Renew

  4. On the next screen, confirm the products you want to renew and click Continue

  5. Finally, review your billing information for the renewal. You can also enter a new credit card on this screen to change the payment method. Once you have confirmed the information click Submit

You will receive a confirmation message that your hosting plan has been renewed.

Please let us know if you have any additional questions or need further assistance.

Regards,

Christi N.
