I have just had money taken out of my account and all your numbers have been disconnected a bit dodgy and chat does not work I just want my money back

I can assure you that our phones are up and working. I am off site and have tested both those and the chat system. Feel free to contact the billing team directly regarding any charges and they will be happy to assist.
