I am thinking about developing a website using the WordPress.com free version, and later on transfer it to Web Hosting Hub. I understand that I will have to pay for Web Hosting Hub's web hosting charges, which would include the annual domain costs as well. My question is, will I have to make any additional payment to WordPress.com when I decide to improve upon the theme, changing font styles and colours, etc.?.

Hello,

Thank you for your question. After installing, or moving your WordPress site to WebHosting Hub, you will no longer have to pay WordPress.com.

Keep in mind, if you are using a commercial theme, there may be some fees involved. This is not required, and is only a preference.
