problem restoring partial backup
When I upload the restore file to the server it times out before starting

backup-3.30.2014_18-38-57_forest25.tar is the fie I am using to restore from a backup. The server times out before the upload starts. Error says the connection to the server was reset while the page was loading. This has happened on several tries in the past 2 hours

Hello Janharmon, If your backup file is timing out, then you may need to use a different way to upload the file. You can use a an FTP client to upload the file to the server. If you continue to have the problem, you can always complete the upload of the file with the FTP client and then seek assistance by contacting the live technical support team.
