Instead of telling me my site www.srbijadotokija.com is not available due to high traffic, he asked me for credit card details (last 4 digits).
All of a sudden, my site became available.

The site he was talking from was
https:/livechat.boldchat.com/aid/...

Nothing to refer to webhostinghub.com

He identified himself as "Mark P".

Is that normal? I might be just paranoid.

Regards.
Lou

Hello Lou,

Thank you for your question on our support rep. Asking for verification is standard if the rep is to give any account specific information. Nothing wrong with being a little concerned about who you may be talking with, we are glad to clear that up for you. The URL you gave is the chat system we use for our support reps, so it is indeed legitimate.

Be sure to get with us if you see anything you have any concerns about!

Kindest Regards,
Scott M
