Hello mkelly4ca, I just wanted to touch base with you about the issue you were having with email filters. Per our Systems Team, the filter that was being created was doing the same thing as turning on Auto-Delete Spam in Spam Assassin (discard messages). cPanel detected this and automatically showed Auto-Delete Spam in Spam Assassin as enabled. When Auto-Delete in Spam Assassin was turned off, cPanel detected this and removed the filter. Please let us know if you have any additional questions or need further assistance. Regards Christi N. |

Hello mkelly4ca, I'm sorry you're having trouble with email filters. I tested this out by creating a Test filter that was still in the email filters until I deleted it. I also see that you have an existing filter named "Spam." Does anyone else have access to your cPanel account? Perhaps someone is removing the filters by accident.
