In cPanel when I click to the AW Stats pages for Keyphrases and Keywords used on search engines, none are showing. My site is getting a little traffic from Google searches, but for some reason AW Stats is not parsing the Keyphrases and Keywords from the log files.

Hello Discountsbycity.com,

Sorry to hear about your problems with AWSTATS. I checked and it appeared to be working in another location, so I'm not sure why it would not be working for you. Have you seen any statistics before?

We need a little more information on the search terms you're finding for your site elsewhere, so that we look into this issue in a little more depth. If there is a problem found upon further review, it may require a ticket to our systems technical support team in order for the problem to be corrected. However, we will file that ticket for your account , so you won't have to worry about it.

Apologies again for the issue, but if you could provide us a little more information, we can follow up on the problem and see what action is required.

Regards,
Arnel C.

Arnel, I have personally clicked to my site from Google search results - so those key phrases should be showing. For example, my site is the # 1 Google result for this search:

You may need to use the http:// link for Google instead of https:// to test this out if you are not logged into a Google account.

Hello Discounts,

I reviewed the issue with a senior tech, and he looked further into several websites on the same server that were showing data. We're finding that the issue is not with the server, but with the data being released by Google. I did a little looking around about keyword data with Google and found this article stating that Google has cut off keyword data. If you want more accurate data on the search, you will want to use Google Analytics.

Regards,
Arnel C.
