Hello Gareth,

I'm sorry you're having trouble publishing your website. While checking into this for you, I see that our Support Team was able to assist you with publishing from the Premium Website Builder. Are you still working with the builder or do you need assistance with a different program? The details for FTP publishing (which can be applied to any FTP client or program with built-in FTP publishing) can be found in our FTP Getting Started Guide.

Please let us know if you have any additional settings or need further assistance.

Regards,

Christi N.
