cPanel Error

Whenever I attempt to access cPanel, I receive the following error page: Fatal error: Call to a member function getKey() on a non-object in /opt/php/src/application/controllers/IndexController.php on line 1027

Hello WesDay,

I'm sorry you are having trouble logging into your cPanel. I was able to get in here, but to fully check and test, I will need some more information. Were you trying to log in via your AMP or are you using the direct link (http://yourdomain.com/cpanel)?

Also, I may need the specific information for your account so I can access the same as you to test it. That would be the current AMP password along with the current cpanel password. You can send that specific information to docs@webhostinghub.com Be sure to validate your account with either the last 4 digits of the credit card on file, or the current Account Management Panel (AMP) password. As we do not actively monitor that address, be sure to leave a comment below so we know the information was sent.
