Hello pixelpadre,

I cannot see your actual account due to the information in your support center account, so I cannot answer definitively.

However, it sounds like the server you are on may be close to its disk space buffer zone and not allowing any new uploads temporarily. This mean the Systems team will be working to move files to new servers or remove any nonfunctional files from within the server.

I am happy to take a look at your specific account to give a definitive answer. To do so, you can send your domain name along with either the last 4 digits of the credit card on file or the current Account management panel password to docs@webhostinghub.com. As we do not actively monitor that address, be sure to leave a comment below so we know the information was sent.

Best Regards,
Scott M
