Hello artemo5,

Thank you for your question. The image that you provided has an error because you did not enter a Data Directory. The data directory is used when you create the subdomain. I recommend entering something in the Data Directory field such as the recommended:
datadir

I also checked your stats, and they are showing up to yesterdays stats. Keep in mind that stats typically run a day behind since it is still generating stats for today. I would recommend using a 3rd party statistics program, such as Google analytics. It is free and provides more in-depth statistics, often accurate within 3 hours.

If you have any further questions, feel free to post them below, or contact live Tech Support.

Thank you,

Artemo5,

Remember that you're not specifying an SSL link even though you specified specified the secure subdomain. The data directory would be something you have to create. You can use file manager to do this in Cpanel. The data folder CANNOT be in the public_html folder (where all the web files will reside). Here's an article on using File manager if you need it:

Using Cpanel File Manager

The path is based on your Cpanel user name. For example, /home/username5.

In regards to the stats:

When the server is under a high amount of traffic, certain programs - like awstats- are not given precedence to run. Critical programs such as the web server programs, and database programs are given higher priority. Sometimes, the stats programs do not restart and must be restarted either by you or by a call into live technical support. The link below shows how to restart it manually through Cpanel:

Awstats Manual Restart

If you want immediate action on the issue, please call/chat into live support (available 24/7) - they can have your stats reset, but remember that again, it will depend on the server load for the stats to update. Our apologies for the inconvenience with the website statistics issues.

If you have any further questions, please contact technical support or leave a comment at the bottom of the page.

Regards,

Arnel C.
