error installing eyeos 2.5?

i am getting this error after installing eyeos from softaculous. i tried to install it 3 times already, with the same error.

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_PAAMAYIM_NEKUDOTAYIM in /home/ahbenn5/public_html/desktop/eyeos/system/kernel/services/Meta/implementations/MetaDataConverter.php on line 62

anyone seen this? please help!

Hey Ahben, thanks for the question. Taking a look at the EyeOS requirements it looks like they require PHP 5.3 or higher. I noticed that currently you have your account set to PHP 5.2. The error you are getting "T_PAAMAYIM_NEKUDOTAYIM" actually stands for "double colon" in Hebrew I found.

I believe the class structure of PHP code between 5.2 and 5.3 differs to the point where it's causing this problem for you. You should be able to check out our article on changing your PHP version of your account to hopefully correct this error:
