FTP not working at my end

Hi,
I have many ftp users created but none of them work at my server. Please advice.

I have tried it a lot and my developer tried it lots too.

Hello,

Sorry to hear you are having trouble with your FTP account logins. I was able to create and test an FTP account successfully. Can you provide more details about the issue?

What host name and port are you using for the accounts? Does the FTP program give any specific error message? If so, what is it?
