I have created an add-on domain. It is active.
How do I log into the cpanel of the add-on domain, that is addon.com/cpanel?
The username and password that I used when I created the add-on domain don't work.
The add-on domain does not show up in AMP. It does not show up in cpanel. (With other hosts, add-on domains have showed up in cpanel.)

Hello kaw,

I'm sorry you're having trouble working with your new Addon domain. Addon domains do not have a separate cPanel account, they are listed in the Addon domains area in cPanel. The user name and password you set up when you created the Addon domain are the FTP user name and password the Addon domain. That FTP user is restricted to the Addon domain's folder and subfolders.

Addon domains only show up in AMP if you either registered the domain in AMP or transferred the domain to our management. If the domain is registered elsewhere, it will not show up in AMP.

While checking into this for you, I was not able to locate your web hosting account with us. Please feel free to either update your question or add a comment below with the main domain on the account so that we can assist you further.

Regards,

Christi N.
