How can I park a domain on an add-on domain? I have an app that I access on my add-on domain at www.longname.com/app. I want to park www.short.com so that I can use it interchangeably. Using it as a parked domain on the main domain and redirecting it to the add-on doesn't work. It says file not found.

Hi fussym5,

Thank you for your questions regarding Parked and Addon domains. Parked domains only point to the main domain on the account. In order to point a domain to an Addon domain, you can set it up as an Addon domain itself and then redirect it to the other Addon domain. You will first want to remove it as a Parked domain so that you can create it as an Addon domain. For more information on Addon and Parked domains (as well as Subdomains) please see our article Adding new domains: Addon, Parked, and Subdomains.

Please let us know if you have any additional questions or need further assistance.

Regards,

Christi N.
