Logging into Control Panel

Hello I have just signed up for your hosting and I cannot sign into Cpanel. I have tried your suggestions and reset my password multiple times but I continually get Login attempt failed. Any further suggestions could it be a username issue? Thanks

Hello BryanImaging,

If you just registered the domain name as well, then you cannot use it in the URL due to propagation (What is DNS Propagation?

You would need to use a different URL until the domain name propagated. You can use the temporary URL to reach your cpanel as well (the details for the temp URl are within the technical details in your Account Management Panel (AMP)) interface.
