Thank you for our question. If you are not seeing a cPanel link under Active Subscriptions, you are most likely logged into a "domain only" account. This typically happens when you sign up for a domain name, without using your existing AMP, and it creates a new AMP account, separate from your original.

Logging into the AMP associated with your hosting account will allow you to reset the cPanel password.

If your problems persist, I recommend contacting live support, so they can help you access the accounts, and combine them if necessary.
