Hello Jlarmour,

Unfortunately, I cannot determine what you are typing in to login without you telling me. I suspect that you may be using the wrong user name. The login names for AMP and Cpanel are NOT the same. So, if you're using the email address to login, it will not work. If you need to find your Cpanel user name (to make sure you're using the right one) first login to the Account Management Panel (AMP). Then, go to the section in AMP labeled ACCOUNT AND BILLING, and click DETAILS. Look at the Active Subscriptions table in the middle of the screen, then click on DETAILS under the column labeled ADMIN. This will give your your Admin Details. You should see the Cpanel user name in the option labeled USERNAME.

If you're still unable to login to your account, or you are unable to find your user name, then please contact live Technical Support (available 24/7) and they can help you get in as well as reset your password.

If you have any further questions, please contact technical support or leave a comment at the bottom of the page.

Regards,

Arnel C.
