My cpanel stats won't update.
I have logged in a few times over the past week or so and I don't get any stats for December, and there are none for November. At the top it tells me that the stats were last updated 4 November. If I ask it to manually update, it tells me it can't as it is updating in the background. No matter how long I leave it to update, it never does.

Hello AlanSibling, The AWSTATS program is set to run every night during a slow period when the server load is below a certain point. If the time comes for the program to run and the server is still above the minimum load, that day gets skipped. There can be times when the server does not meet the minimum server load for a while. We are working on a better solution for those who want to use AWSTATS and Logaholic. As an addition to those stats programs, many customers also use Google Analytics. I did contact a Systems Admin and have them run your account specifically. It should display up to date data within 30 min to 1 hour. Best Regards, Scott M |
