PHP Configuration: Not Found (server error with the document)
I want to update the PHP version from 5.2 to 5.3.
I followed the instructions to go to PHP Configuration under Software.
The page was not found.
This was the message I received:
Not Found
The server was not able to find the document (./frontend/paper_lantern/phpconf/index.php) you requested.
Please check the url and try again. You might also want to report this
error to your web hosting provider.

Hello, Thank you for your question. I tested this, and the problem is related to the paper_lantern theme in cPanel. If you switch the theme back to the default x3 theme, then you will be able to change your PHP configuration. If you have any further questions, feel free to post them below. Thank you, John-Paul |
