What is my username and password?
When i log into control panel and hit submit, it takes me to "https://secure33.webhostinghub.com:2883" requires a user name and password. What is my username?

Hello susanndundas, Thank you for your question. Here is the link to the guide on Logging into cPanel, and here is a helpful article on how to find your cPanel username. You can also reset your cPanel password from AMP if you don't know what it is. It was set the first time you logged into AMP. When you access cPanel, it redirects you to the secure address on your server, which is what you are seeing. Essentially there are several ways to login to the cPanel. For example, all these go to the same cPanel, be sure to use your actual domain: If http://yourdomain.com/cpanel http://cpanel.yourdomain.com https://secure33.webhostinghub.com:2083/ Unfortunately, your question was entered into the subject instead of the body and was cut off.
