I was changing my pw on Cpanel, when suddenly the page on my browser closed, and since than I'm not able to open the loginpage anymore. Internet works fine, but I was told that my Belkin wifi router blocks the Cpanel ports (2096 and 2083)? Using a cable connection directly into the modem allows me to logon, but the wifi connection does not.

Hello,

Thank you for your question. You can access cPanel via Port 80, by navigating to:
http://cpanel.example.com (Be sure to replace example.com with your actual domain name.)

This is included in the "Troubleshooting" section of our cPanel Login guide. If it does not work, please contact Live Support so they can set it up for you.

Also, you may want to look up the settings for your specific router model, and see if you can open the ports up.

If you have any further questions, feel free to post them below.

Thank you,
John-Paul
