Hello,

I am trying to install & customize a Concrete5 theme I have downloaded outside the Concrete5 marketplace.

I have hosting with webhostinghub.com, installed Concrete5, created a database, & activated the theme.

Now, when I try to sign in to Concrete5, I get the following error:

An unexpected error occurred.
mysqlt error: [1146: Table 'jingle9_JLcontentdatabase.pkgThemeSweetpea' doesn't exist] in EXECUTE("SELECT * FROM pkgThemeSweetpea")

With the name of the database being 'jingle9_JLcontentdatabase' and my theme 'sweetpea'.

Any ideas on how to get past this error would be greatly appreciated. Thx!

Hello mhmusic,

Thank you for your question. I spent a good amount of time investigating this error, and unfortunately was unable to locate a good fix. Although, it seems like it is not installing successfully, I am unable replicate the error with the same theme, since it is only available for purchase.

I first recommend reinstalling the theme from scratch, by following the developers guide.

If you are still experiencing issues after that, I recommend contacting the theme developer. Since they created it, it may be an issue they are familiar with, or have a workaround for.

If they are not able to correct the problem, you may have to try a different theme option.

If you have any further questions, feel free to post them below.
Thank you,

-John-Paul
