Backup Service with MYSQL database
When I upgrade to your backup service, it seems as if it does backups and restores as needed form my hosted web sites, but it does not appear as if it does backup of my MYSQL databases.
Do you provide MYSQL backup/restore services, or is that my responsibility?

Hello, Thank you for your question on base backups. Our backup services do also include all databases on the account. However, we ALWAYS advocate having your own backups, both for files and databases. Kindest Regards, Scott M |
