I have a forum/community setup on my web hosting account and I am getting an "unable to connect to the database" error, or, if it does connect, it is REALLY slow.

Is there a reason for this?

It has been working very well all week.

NOTE: I just checked it again and it seems OK, but that downtime makes me nervous. It is really important, for business reasons, that the site be reliable.

Thank you,
Ty Gorton
