Hello, Thanks for the question! The 2 main reason that many clients connecting to MySQL are disconnected are password/user issues or IP address changes. Make sure that whatever user credentials you're using are still current and apply to the database you're trying to access. Additionally, as per our How to Setup a Remote MySQL Connection tutorial, you may need to double check your IP address and make sure it has not change (your ISP may change it from time-to-time). You can also find your public IP address by simply using an internet browser, the Google search page, and typing in "What is my IP address?"
