Hi - I'm trying to set up PHPList using an existing MySQL instance. When I run phpMyAdmin I just get a message "Welcome to phpMyAdmin" and it doesn't go on to the application. I may have caused a problem by trying to set up PHPList before creating the database?
Please advise

Hello,

Sorry to hear that you're having problems with loading the phpMyAdmin. If you're using phpMyAdmin from the cPanel, then you should be able to login. It's a little different if you have loaded the client version of phpMyadmin. For more information on using phpMyadmin, please see How to create a database with phpMyadmin. If you continue to have the access issue with phpMyAdmin through cPanel, then please contact our live support team. They can address your account directly in order to resolve the issue.

If you have any further questions, please let us know.

Kindest regards,
Arnel C.
