I am working on an online application where each user will have their own database automatically set up when they sign up. Since hub's accounts have unlimited databases, I am assuming this is possible. What is the maximum number of rows possible for each MySQL database? I have heard this has something to do with allowed space on the server. I'm wondering if I need to be concerned with database size limitations, and what to do right at the start to prevent issues in years to come when users accumulate enough data. Thanks!

Hello,

We do not put any limits on the databases' sizes other than that of physical disk capacity and the limits of MySQL itself. These limits are really high and likely unreachable (something like 4TB for a database size and up to 4 billion tables allowed in a database) so you should have no issues with size limits for your application.

Kindest Regards,
Scott M
