Hello RonWon, You will need to submit a request to the Systems team. I spoke with a Tier2 tech to confirm. He doesn't have the access to increase the number of connections, but the Systems can do it to an extent. They do this on a case-by-case basis and will need to review your case. Please email support@webhostinghub.com. Indicate the issue, and also make sure to include verification info: the last 4 digits of the credit card on the account OR, the Account Management Panel (AMP) password.
