Hi, I'm trying to import a database from my old hosting company, but I get the following error: #1064 - You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'PAGE_CHECKSUM=1' at line 9

The line in question is ENGINE = Aria DEFAULT CHARSET = utf8mb4 COLLATE = utf8mb4_unicode_ci PAGE_CHECKSUM =1;

Can you please help me sort it? Thanks Martin

Hello Martin,

Sorry to hear you are having issues with your database import script giving a syntax error. The area you pointed out is not compatible with MySQL on our servers. Tweaking it just a bit should help. You would need to change the "ENGINE = Aria" to "ENGINE = MyISAM" and remove the "PAGE_CHECKSUM =1". That should allow your script to import without issue.

Kindest Regards,
Scott M
