Hello spk10128, Depending on the requirements of your third party service, you may be able to do it with a CNAME. If that is possible, then no additional changes would need to be made other than the CNAME record from our side. If they require you to point to their nameservers, that is fine also. As long as they point all records to the server here, there should be no problems. The changes would be made here with us. For nameservers you would use these instructions. For changing the CNAME of the domain name, you would need to contact our support department (open 24/7) with that request. Be sure to validate your account with either the last 4 digits of the credit card on file, or the current Account Management Panel (AMP) password. Best Regards, Scott M |
