Hello Domain, Thank you for your question. The issue was simply with the root directory you had set for the addon domain. I have adjsuted it so that it points correctly. The 403 error was an additional security setting you have set. I left that alone as it has no effect on the addon now that it is pointing properly. I tested the site and am seeing the webpage using the brightangel.cn domain name. Also, here is a link to our article on fixing 500 internal server errors.
