I am logged in here through Goggle+ under the username intpexperience, but when I follow the link to see the ticket status, there is another username and password login that won't accept my username/password. It says that my username doesn't exist.

My site has been down for over 36 hours now because of name server errors. Need help!

Hello intexperience,

Thank you for your question. The Support Center is our public forum, and is separate from our ticketing system.

You will be notified by email anytime the status of your ticket changes, so there is really no additional information to be viewed on the ticket, that wasn't already emailed to you.

You can login to our ticket system here. You must login with your cPanel username, and your original password. You can recover the password by using the "Lost Password" link, it will email your primary address on file. Let us know if you are having trouble, and we can check the account.

I also looked at your domain, and since the billing did not renew successfully, it had to be recovered and renewed. Then I pointed the nameservers back to us. It is working at this time.

You can check the expiration date and Namesevers by performing a Whois lookup.

It may take up to 24 hours to propagate.

If you have any further questions, feel free to post them below.
Thank you,

-John-Paul
