Hello Hitchhiker,

If you do not wish to point your domain to our Nameservers, you will need to contact the administrator of your Nameservers and ask that an A record be pointed to the shared IP address of the server your account is on. The shared IP of the server can be found in the stats column on the left side of the cPanel home page.

Please note, the above A record will only point the website. If you also want email to come to be hosted through us, you will need to ask your Nameserver administrator to do the following:

  1. Create an MX record for your domain that points to mail.domain.com (replace domain.com with your actual domain name).

  2. Create an A record for mail.domain.com (replace domain.com with your actual domain name) that points to the server's shared IP address

Once your DNS changes are made, please allow 4-24 hours for DNS to propagate.

Please let us know if you have any additional questions or need further assistance.

Regards,

Christi N.
