I have registered a Domain at a Web-Hosting company in Germany. With that Host, under that domain I have created a web-site using html.
In that site I make references like: YYYY-GmbH
This should bring my reader to the refered web-site www.xxxx.de, what it indeed did. However, recently the www.xxxx.de web-site owner bounces my reference back to my site i.e.my readers access via my ref to his xxxx.de web-site has been "blocked". I assume he intercepts the IP of my web-site/domain. How can I give my readers access to his site again? For example, can I hide my IP, or redirect my IP to another host with hidden IP options?
Please advise.

Thank you for your question Bessie!

Unfortunately, the IP address for a domain on our server cannot be masked like this. You can try using a proxy server of some sort linking to the proxy service then link to the .de site from there. Unfortunately, we don't have any support for this.

Best Regards,
James R

Hello Bessie,

We don't have instructions on hiding your IP address. You would probably need to move domain management to a different registrar in order to do that. You would have the ability to do that with your shared server account here. Use your favorite search engine and you'll a bunch of options available from third parties.

If you have any further questions, please contact technical support or leave a comment at the bottom of the page.

Regards,

Arnel C.
