My site doesn't work with the "www"
I installed wordpress and my site comes up when I type mysite.com into the address bar. But if I type in www.mysite.com then a godaddy page (where I have my domain) shows up. How can I fix this? Thanks!

Hello sevinz, I'm sorry you're having trouble viewing your new WordPress site through www. While checking into this for you, it looks like the Nameservers for your domain were just pointed today. Please allow 4-24 hours for DNS to fully propagate. I checked your site with and without the www and I'm able to view your WordPress site. DNS propagation filters to different locations at different times and just needs more time to propagate for you as well. Also, whichever you prefer (with our without www) should be entered into your WordPress General settings - WordPress Address (URL) which you can access through your WordPress dashboard. WordPress will automatically redirect users to the URL you have entered there. Please let us know if you have any additional questions or need further assistance. Regards, Christi N. |
