Hello, Thank you for your question regarding a redirect not working. I checked the ticket you submitted, and our Live Support team responded within 30 minutes of when we received your question. It should have automatically emailed your primary email address. You may have to check your spam box. We are happy to help you troubleshoot, but will need some additional information. How did you setup the redirect? For example, did you use an .htaccess rule, or the cPanel redirect tool? Are you using a CMS, such as WordPress, Joomla, or Drupal?
