Pointing DNS only not NS

I just want to point the DNS to my VP site but still manage the Names Servers myself where do I point A Record and C NAME

Thanks for the question about pointing your name servers. If you're only going to be pointing the domains away, then it may be easier to simply change the name servers. The domain registrar doesn't change. If you're going to point away the web traffic using DNS, then you need to change the A record. The CNAME is not involved in that process.You will need to login to cPanel, go to the Domains section and edit the DNS using the editor. You will also need to know your server's IP address.
