I started a new company and registered the domain about a week or two at 1and1.com. I just signed up for email/web hosting at Web Hosting Hub yesterday and trying to get my emails set up. When people reply to my email from my new email account, they are getting the following. Is this because my domain is not transferred yet? If so, I did see that Web Hosting Hub cannot transfer a domain if it is less than 60 days old (which mine is). What can I do? Thanks.

Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:

jeffu@integrativeglobal.com

Technical details of permanent failure:
Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the server for the recipient domain integrativeglobal.com by mx01.1and1.com. [74.208.5.21].

The error that the other server returned was:
550 : invalid address

Hello jurbanczyk,

Given the information in the bounceback error, the 550: invalid address means that the email address does not exist. Since your domain name is still facing the parked area with 1and1, that is why anyone sending email to that address will get the error.

You will want to contact the registrar for your domain name and have them point it to our name servers. After the standard propagation time of up to 24 hours, the email addresses will be able to send and receive from your hosting server.

Due to ICANN regulations, you are not able to physically transfer the domain to us during its first 60 days of registration, but you are able to point it to our name servers as above. This will allow your domain name to function normally until you decide to transfer it over after the 60 day waiting period.

Best Regards,
Scott M
