Hello,

I recently signed up for an account with you and I believe I made a mistake.

Instead of transferring my domain name, I would like to keep my registration with my existing company and then have it point to my files on your server.

Can you please help me reconfigure my new site with Web Hosting Hub?

Thanks for your help.

Hi miebarrows,

Thank you for your question about domain transfers and pointing a domain. While looking into this for you, I do see that you initiated a domain transfer within AMP. You can simply ignore the email you will receive from Melbourne IT requesting you confirm the transfer and the transfer will then fail. I also see that you have pointed your domain to our Nameservers, so once 4-24 hours has passed and DNS has propagated, your domain will be fully pointed to your account here with Web Hosting Hub.

Please let us know if you have any additional questions or need further assistance.

Regards,

Christi N.
