Can I cancel my hosting but keep my domain registered with you? If so how?

Sorry to hear that you are thinking about closing your hosting account, if there is anything you needed help with please let us know.

You can cancel your hosting account while keeping your domain registration with us.

Please be sure to contact our billing department at billing@webhostinghub.com and let them know you'd like to keep your domain registration active. To speed things up, please be sure to include the last 4 digits of the credit card on file, or the current AMP password of the account for account verification purposes.
